Mend + Root

Mend + Root was established because physical therapist, Dr. Kelsi Work, believed people should be seen as a whole person, offered head to toe treatment if they need, and be empowered with the tools to truly heal and thrive.

Mend + Root helps active adults feel better and reach their movement goals naturally without surgery and without medication. Treatment can look like releasing tight muscles, mobilizing stiff joints, giving hands-on correction for form, recommending specific exercises to engage certain muscles, and offering suggestions for what to stretch vs. what to strengthen. Your body is unique. Your goals are unique. This approach is unique.

In short, the Mend + Root mission is to treat physical aches by addressing the root cause so you can get back to your active lifestyle without leaks or pains.
